You are welcome to bring whatever you feel you need in addition to the complimentary equipment provided by the studio.

Clients are allowed to cancel studio bookings within 14 days of scheduled booking date. However, clients will be charged 50% of booking fee. If cancellation is made outside of 14-day cut-off, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All cancellation requests must be sent to info@reelportraitstudios.com.

There are no refunds after booking is made. Please make sure you have confirmed date and time prior to booking and making payment. You do have the option to RESCHEDULE ONLY and that must be done by request via email at info@reelportraitstudios.com. There is a $100 rescheduling fee and you are only allowed to reschedule once. After that, you forfeit your booking and money paid.
